About Me
Hi, I’m Hadil, and I want to help you make a positive change through the power of empathy.
A Yemeni Canadian, global citizen, feminist, and Social Impact Specialist.

My work spans North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia—bringing a unique lens rooted in cultural sensitivity and global collaboration. I’ve supported organizations like The King's Trust and YMCA in the US, UK, and Australia to build inclusive frameworks and amplify their impact.
​
For the past five years, I’ve been consulting with the World Bank, supporting governments in the MENA region to strengthen operations, advance gender equity, and build inclusive systems. I’m also the founder of She Sparks Impact, where I help women entrepreneurs design meaningful events and measure the impact of their initiatives.
​
In addition, I work as an independent consultant, partnering with organizations committed to inclusion and women’s economic empowerment. I offer tailored support in impact measurement, capacity building, and strategy development.
Previously, I led MENA AGE, where I delivered gender mainstreaming training, launched regional advocacy campaigns, and created content to elevate women’s voices.

I hold an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University, where I was recognized as an exemplary woman and student representative. I’m also an IMF fellow and speaker, with experience on international stages including the IMF Spring Meetings Youth Panel, BBC, and Al Arabi.

My experience
With the World Bank, I lead capacity-building work across the MENA region helping government agencies strengthen their monitoring and evaluation systems—with a focus on inclusion and equity at every step.

My experience
Through She Sparks Impact, I’ve designed and hosted over 50 events that highlight how inclusion-focused experiences can grow visibility, build trust, and foster genuine engagement.
