About Me

Hi, I’m Hadil, and I want to help you make a positive change through the power of empathy.

As a Yemeni Canadian, global citizen, feminist, activist, and Social Impact Specialist, I bring a unique perspective to improving impact measurement and organizing impactful events. My diverse experiences across North America, Europe, and the Middle East blend cultural sensitivity with a deep understanding of global impact.

I’ve worked as an Impact Coach with organizations like Princes Trust and YMCA in the US, UK, and Australia, refining my skills in developing impact frameworks and enhancing organizational transparency. With over five years of consulting experience with the World Bank, supporting governments in the MENA region, and delivering training in Africa and Asia, I specialize in enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Leading MENA AGE, I trained on gender mainstreaming, created impactful content, and launched advocacy campaigns, contributing to my ability to deliver high-quality services. As the founder of She Sparks Impact, I offer tailored support to women entrepreneurs looking to improve impact measurement or organize events that align with their goals.

I hold an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University, where I was recognized as a representative and exemplary woman. As an IMF fellow and a speaker at the IMF Spring Meeting Youth Panel, I am dedicated to empowering organizations and individuals to drive meaningful change.

Whether you need assistance with impact frameworks, event planning, or finding a speaker, I’m here to help.

Kacie, Mission Edge, Director, Impact Lab

Hadil is outstanding at her job. She has a very strong foundation in impact measurement and understands how monitoring and evaluation differs between theory and practice. She is empathetic and understanding toward the challenges nonprofits face, and she is very smart and calculated with the solutions she comes up with to quantify otherwise more qualitative results. The cherry on top is that her attitude is optimistic and professional, which makes working on such huge challenges a little less daunting. I cannot recommend her enough!

Working with Hadil on a common event was such a great experience! She helped me with the organizational part while I could focus on the content part of the event. She took care of promotion, communication with attendees and vendors which was so helpful. I highly recommend working with Hadil.
